STUNNING HOME with second-row views of the ocean. Reverse floor plan with three bedrooms on the first floor, one bedroom, kitchen, dining area, and living room on the second floor. MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed and brand-new hybrid mattress (firm). The master bath is a full bath and has a separate toilet for optimal privacy. Bath towels and complimentary soap are provided. BEDROOM TWO has a king-size bed and a brand-new hybrid mattress (medium firm). BEDROOM THREE has a queen-sized bed and bunk beds. Enough room for the whole family or multiple kids. BEDROOM FOUR has a twin bed and a computer desk with a monitor, mouse pad, and keyboard that you can connect to your laptop. ALL BEDS have premium cotton white linens and bedding is provided. Every room includes a Roku Smart TV. LAUNDRY ROOM includes a new washer and dryer. UPSTAIRS is the main living area with an open floor plan. You'll find a beautiful kitchen that opens to the dining area and living room. The large kitchen features an island and a large peninsula made of stunning quartz countertops with craftsman-style cabinetry. There is a large kitchen table that seats eight and a smaller round table that seats four. The peninsula also offers additional seating. KITCHEN TOOLS includes all appliances, dinnerware, and ceramic cookware, basically anything you will need! COFFEE BAR located in the dining area includes complimentary coffee pods and sugar-free syrups. LIVING ROOM includes plenty of seating with two couches and one lounging chair with an ottoman. One of the couches is a pull-out for extra sleeping space if needed. PARKING for up to five vehicles in the carport. The carport and driveway are monitored by security cameras for your safety.
